In this first week of the course, we’re going to learn about what marketing is and the underlying principles to effective marketing. In turn, you’ll consider how you can market your garage business more effectively.
Week 2: Mastering Marketing
Now you’ve mastered the fundamentals of marketing, you’ll create a marketing plan specifically for your business.
You’ll learn all about digital and traditional marketing activities – and the appropriate ways to use these – to start the transformation of your garage.
Wrap-up
You’ll join the third and final live workshop to consolidate everything you’ve learned and kick-start your action plan.
You’ll also receive regular emails to keep you on track and ensure you continue to drive your marketing success.

Hi, I’m Andy Savva and I’m obsessed with helping independent garages get more from their business.
For too long, independent garage owners and their teams have had had no support to help them grow flourishing successful businesses. I’m on a mission to change that.
Having bought and sold several garage businesses – including my flagship 14,000 sq.ft purposely built vehicle repair workshop – I know what’s holding you back from being the success you deserve to be.
Over the last few years I have been helping an increating number of garage businesses unleash their potential and move from a position of surviving, to one of thriving.

The programme combines self-study online materials with live group video sessions.
There are three live workshops on Zoom in this course, lasting a maximum of an hour. Each workshop occurs at the same time and day each week.
The self-study online materials are accessed through my online Academy. Between workshops you are expected to complete these materials in full to get full benefit from the course.
We have a maximum of 12 people on each course. We restrict the number of participants to retain the quality and ensure you have the opportunity to build deep relationships with the group, who will all be garage owners, technician or staff members.
You can still attend the live workshops, but may not get full value from these.
We’d recommend blocking out time each week to give you the best chance of completing the materials.
All live workshops are recorded, although we would encourage you to attend these at the scheduled time to get the most from the course.
