In this week of the course, we’ll demystify the complex world of financial jargon and statements and help you become more comfortable with using these on a regular basis.

Week 2: Maximising Financial Performance
Live workshop on Thursday 17th October @ 9am GMT.
You’ll explore how you can optimise the financial performance of your garage business to make it work better for you.
You’ll be better prepared to make sound financial decisions that drive your garage’s growth and success in the increasingly competitive garage industry.
2-3 hours self-study and activity + 1 hour live class.
Wrap-up
Live workshop on Thursday 24th October @ 9am GMT.
You’ll join the third and final live workshop to consolidate everything you’ve learned and leave with an action plan to implement in your garage.
You’ll also receive regular emails to keep you on track and ensure you continue to drive your financial success.
