Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive immediate access to the purchased on-demand course content.
Access is granted for a period of 90 days from the date of registration, after which time access will expire automatically without further notice.
3. Cooling-Off Period and Refunds
After the 14-day period, no refunds will be provided.s.
As per your statutory rights under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date of your course purchase.
If you wish to cancel your enrolment and request a refund within this 14-day period, please contact us by email at support@thegarageinspector.com.
Refunds will only be provided if you have not accessed or started the course. If any part of the course has been accessed (including downloading materials or streaming video), your right to cancel and obtain a refund is waived.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to access and complete the course content. No refunds will be issued for technical incompatibilities once access has been granted.
