Week 1: Leadership Essentials
Live workshop on Tuesday 8th April @ 11.30am GMT.
In this first week, we’ll dive into the core attributes of successful leadership. Understand the different leadership styles and discover what resonates most with your personality and business philosophy.
You’ll reflect on your own style of leadership and identify a plan to help you become the leader your garage business needs.
2-3 hours self-study and activity + 1 hour live class.
Week 2: Building an Effective Team
Live workshop on Tuesday 15th April @ 11.30am GMT.
This week focuses on the mechanics of building a strong team. Learn how to select the right individuals for your team, set clear expectations, and manage dynamics to keep everyone aligned and motivated.
You’ll learn how to communicate effectively, how to manage challenging individuals and how to lead your team towards a common goal.
2-3 hours self-study and activity + 1 hour live class.
Wrap-up
Live workshop on Tuesday 22nd April @ 11.30am GMT.
You’ll join the third and final live workshop to consolidate everything you’ve learned and kick-start your action plan.
You’ll also receive regular emails to keep you on track and ensure you continue to drive your leadership success.
